Sam, Laura, Edward and Eva are four such people. Trapped in a seemingly inescapable and unwinnable situation, they must team up and figure a way off the disease riddled island, all while dealing with a host of unsavory characters whose paths they also cross. They must do this before the island paradise consumes them all in a shower of crimson red.
