Patriotism is the common spiritual pillar of the Chinese nation, and loving the motherland is the common virtue of mankind. Under economic globalization, China is in a new era of peaceful rise, ranking second in the world GDP and standing on a new starting point. The patriotism education for university students in our country also faces new situations and problems. This book plans to use theoretical expositions, factual basis, practices, communication to explore the issue of rational patriotism with students, in order to enhance the patriotism of college students, to sum up the new connotation and new features of patriotism, to describe new methods and new ways of patriotic education in the era of peaceful rise, and to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of patriotic education.
