Quint and Lila Cord are honeymooning in the South of France when ex-pat, Lyon Owens, has Lila kidnapped. Quint and a group of CIA agents arrive just in time to save Owens and free Lila. With Owens in their custody, soon they are all in the murderers' sights. The President orders Quint to recover a file in Owens's custody that he stole from the senator that lists the names of an international cabal. With the entire world order at stake, they race against time and those determined to stop them.
